PROBLEM: HOW DO YOU PROMOTE AN 'ALTERNATIVE' MORNING SHOW?!SOLUTION: When 99X asked Rosler Creative to produce an alternative morning show TV spot, this is what happened! Proving that film is a collaborative medium, Rosler worked closely with 99X management AND the morning show to create a spoof of the typical listener testimonial TV spot. This alternative approach promotes morning show icons Barnes, Leslie & Jimmy. They interview a dim waitress who forgets Jimmy's name, Barnes is shown forcing increasing CUME by hanging a listener out the window, and Leslie threatens to toss a toaster in the tub unless the bather praises their show. Location film shoot and post production in Atlanta.
RESULTS: This alternative approach works, jumping the 99X Morning Show to #1 in Atlanta.
